Tools that split naively on commas break on data like this, which is why this converter parses quoted fields properly instead of just splitting each line on the delimiter. Type coercion is opt-in for a reason too: a ZIP code like 07030 or a phone number starting with +1 would silently lose its leading digits if converted to a number automatically.
